The first day I landed on Las Vegas, the only thing on my mind was where can I eat lechon baboy now? That's like our mentality, we look for what we can't have, but it's totally normal. So i searched online and I couldn't find the best place to get lechon baboy. All they have were lechon paksiw, which was actually a re-fried adobong baboy, or they'll have lechon pata. 

      One day my loving husband went to our bank and met a filipina old lady. My husband is a very friendly person and he talks a lot. He likes to talk to fellow Filipinos/Filipinas and would tell them he married a Filipina ( that's what he always tell me but I'm not sure if it's true, i just hope so ). He told the filipina bank teller that I've been craving for lechon baboy but couldn't find the best place to sit. She calmly mentioned about  a place where there's lechon baboy served all night. Yes you read that right, eat all you can lechon baboy! When i first heard it, I was like are you serious? I don't think so. I couldn't believe it. So we finally went there. There, in that place, felt like I was back home. 

     Lechon buffet or what they call it is "Hawaiian Pig Roast Night" is only every Tuesdays from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm at Aliante Hotel + Casino + Spa located at 7300 N Aliante Pkwy, North Las Vegas, NV 89084 (702) 692-7777. The crispy skin, you got it right, that's the first thing I ate. They also serve rice and other Asian cuisine. We, Asians, can't live without rice. 

      Going back to our topic, "The Lechon Baboy Buffet", it's not the best but absolutely not the worst one you'll ever tasted because Mang Tomas sauce will help you through the way. They place the sauce right by the whole roasted pig for you to get all you want. In my own opinion, it's the best deal because it wouldn't cost you big bucks to eat there. For Tuesday nights, buffet will cost you $10.99 only (taxes not included). I would suggest to get a player's card in the hotel lobby for you to get this price for the buffet. It will only take a few minutes and you'll save a few dollars. I hope this blog will help you satisfy your cravings!
